In spite of significant resources that are being invested, many teenagers from the social or geographical periphery are distinct through no fault of their own in their socio-economic situation. Their ability to receive correct guidance in some topics is more limited, their families cannot always afford privet tutors, enrichment lessons, courses and higher education. Sometimes even when the students do receive these benefits, not always professionals with the best experience can pass the information. Directing the boys to classes in the field of sciences or technology and escorting them along the school year can develop their thinking to new directions, enhance their believe in themselves and maybe even make a change in their future.

The entrepreneurs that participate in the program are high-tech people that identified some need in the world, started a start up on their own, found a technological solution and made it into a reality by raising a capital. private money or donations. They will share with the student’s successes, failures, ups and downs. The entrepreneurs that grew up in different parts of the country some at the periphery, will talk to the students in eye level, create a sense of identification and ability.
