A personal conversation with the high-tech entrepreneur will be held in classrooms at schools in the periphery. The entrepreneur will tell his first hand story and will explain about the deep desire that moved him to start the start up.
Through his story the entrepreneur can create a sense of identification and strengthen the self confidence of the boy and girl sitting in front of him. The goal of the meeting is to ignite in their head the idea that they can also make a change and start a start up, if they only want to.
Entrepreneurs Panel
The panel will take place to the ninth graders. The panel will have three to five entrepreneurs, at the first part each entrepreneur will present the project in which he is engaged. In the second part there will be a moderated discussion about the world of entrepreneurship, including tips and conclusions of from each of the entrepreneurs regarding the process he has been through, the doubts, difficulties and success of the entrepreneur.
Visiting the company offices
The visit to the company offices will include a meeting of between of 5-10 students with the entrepreneur, where he will share his personal story with them. Then he will be joined with key people young, enthusiastic, energetic and dynamic, that work by the entrepreneur and help him turn the idea to a reality/ finally, the students will take a guided tour at the work environment of the company.
Annual guidance with an emphasis on active learning *
This route will be opened after we will receive the first feedbacks from students, classes educators and entrepreneurs. With all parties collaboration an annual route will be built that includes 4-8 meetings between the entrepreneur and the student group. The meetings will include elements of the active teaching method in order to give the students tools for creative and critical thinking. Studying research, studying in the way of community thinking, project based study, problem based study.
